Julie’s therapeutic approach is rooted in a person-centered, strengths-based perspective, recognizing and amplifying each client’s inherent resilience and potential. She incorporates evidence-based practices into her work including solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based practices, tailoring her approach to meet each client's unique needs and goals.

Julie is passionate about creating a safe space in which clients can show up as their authentic selves without fear of judgement. She utilizes a holistic approach to mental health, considering the interconnectedness of mental, emotional, physical, social, and spiritual wellbeing.
