Natural Remedies

Your body is a crazy and wonderful thing. It will always throw you for a loop. You may wake up with a splitting headache for no apparent reason, get indigestion after eating something you feel you are used to, or even feel more sore than usual after a seemingly easy workout. So what do we do when aches, pains, and illnesses come around? We call the doctor or pick up some medicine. But wouldn’t it be nice if we could do things for our body in a much healthier way? If only we could cure our pains and provide our bodies with a little extra nourishment without feeding chemicals into our blood stream. Oh wait, we can!
