1. Attitude of gratitude-Instead of focusing on what you do not have, flip the script and focus on what you do have.
Journal or say aloud 3 things you are grateful for in your life each morning.
2. Self Compassion-Lean in to your emotions and embrace your suffering with compassionate self talk.
